What happens when the internet goes down?
Nothing your customers notice. The till keeps billing and printing from its local database, then syncs every queued bill automatically once the connection returns.
Does it work with my barcode scanner and weighing scale?
Yes. Any keyboard-wedge barcode scanner works, and embedded-weight barcodes printed by your scale are decoded into weight and price.
Can I run more than one counter or branch?
Growth supports up to 20 tills per branch, and a franchise can run many branches from one back office with per-branch roles.
Which devices does Bill24 run on?
The till is a desktop app for Windows, macOS and Linux. A mobile app covers billing and store management on the go, and the back office runs in any browser.
